Pompompurin Chocolate Bites

Outside is a sugary milk chocolate taste, inside tastes like and has the same consistency as thick powdered sugar frosting (not creamy or custard-y). Not bad, but not what I expected from the site blurb. As for most character themed foods, I think this is more about the novelty and cuteness. A decent sweet in cute packaging (and the individual Pompompurin wrappers around each piece are an adorable detail), but just kind of your average super sugary chocolate candy.

This smells sooo good. Love the package and every different faces of pompompurry
